Going to University in Chicago?

Ok, so I have 1 more year til I graduate. I live in Mississippi, and I will be moving to and going to college in Chicago. Now, here is the part im not so proud of, during my frshman year I didint do very well, and I did "ok" my sophmore year, now in my juniour year my lowest grade is a C in all of my cles. So, at the current time, my GPA is a 1.7, well it was the last time i Checked, which I know is not good at all, but i am working my asz off, and by the time I graduate it should "at least" be a 2.4 or 2.6 or something. So, I was wondering, if anyone knows at all, which college can I get into in Chicago? I really want to go to either, Depaul University, Roosevelt University, University of Illinois aat Chicago, Loyola Univerity Chicago, or either Chicago State University. So, do you think I will get into any of these colleges? Also, I made a 27 on my ACT, im considering taking it again? Thanls everyone.
