Has anyone ordered a wedding dress from America?

Just wondered if it is a bit risky or not? the dress I like is half the price in America and even with shipping costs, it's remarkably cheaper. I would probably order through Net Brides. Has anyone ordered their dress from there and can I have your comments please? thanks in advance...
