I need to reboot my laptop and i cant find my os disks,where can i get a new one,i have a toshiba m115 please.

i lost my os disks where can i get a new 1 so i can reboot my laptop i have a toshiba m115 i really liked the os disk that came with it and i dont wanta go linux or freeware.anyhelp would be really appreciated thanks
