Was Junia a female apostle?

I have read about this extensively.Junia/Junius is NOT a male name that I could find either in greek nor hebrew.Now, I am not a scholar by any means.Nor did I have any special works to study.But, I read several sources,biblical and secular both. .Besides,Junia in Romans is referred to as a "kinsMEN".
