What's the best way to ship a package from Vietnam to Japan?

I need to send two suitcases (with a total weight of 30kg) from Saigon, Vietnam to Osaka, Japan. The airline wouldn't let me bring them with me. DHL, FedEx, and UPS are all charging around $600.
