Where to find these things?

I am redecorating my room and i want to have purple walls and then hang black chandelier sticker decal things around the room. I need about 6 chandeliers and a gallon of paint. Where can i find these things the cheapest, thanks in advance. Whoever finds these things the cheapest gets 10 points!!! Thanks (again).
