I am a 40 something women who has been a stay at home mom for 17 years and now am getting divorced.?

What in the world are women in my situation suppose to do to find employment who have not had careers out side the home. I have tried to find services such as displaced homemakers but am not having any luck. If anyone has been in this position before what did you do. I am getting worried , I am looking for serious answers only please.
