Im 34 weeks pregnant?

Im 34 weeks 2 days preg with my 2nd baby my bump has dropped and for the last week or 2 i have been getting awful lower back pain and really sharpe stabbing pains in my privates!! Can anyone relate?? Does this mean baby could be early?? At my scan last week her head is low and she is weighing 5lb 8oz!!
