Americans: do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Our rights under the Constitution have no ambiguity in them. Laws derived from those rights may have ambiguity in them depending on how one understands them. Example: Murder is illegal and yet we can kill to defend property or life in most states and we have the death penalty. I suppose one has to look at laws and rights in proper perspective. Just because some deranged nut case does something, doesn't mean our whole legal system has to be turned on it's head to prevent what MIGHT happen in the future.
