How do you feed a plated lizard?

I've done my research and have all the necessary foods ready: freeze-dried crickets, meal worms, and grhoppers, as well as chopped collard greens, kale, and mustard greens. I've mixed them in a small dish, but my plated simply refuses to eat! Can anyone help? It's been more than 24 hours, by the way, and I've kept the food at a good ratio, 1 part vegetable to 4 part insect.
