Is this mitsubishi nice?

I wouldn't buy it for $1, sounds like a POS, and it's already obvious the owner probably abused the **** out of it. Also rebuilt engine and could mean one of two things, either it needed to be rebuilt because of wear and tear due to such high mileage, or he blew both of them, and if I had to guess i'd say he probably blew both of them.
