My contacts have been bothering me lately?

Maybe the contact isn't clean, sometimes when there are little tiny hair or dust particles on the lens it causes problems. Or the contact might be torn..even the tiniest tear could cause problems. Try putting in a brand new contact. If that doesn't work maybe you should try moisturizing eye drops. But definitely see your doctor if the problem doesn't go away or gets worse.
