cut down your calorie intake by 500 each day and avoid junk... do loads of cardio and toning on ur belly and trust me it helps, you'll have that bikini body within a month or two. drink gd quality green tea as it is high in antioxidants and it increases ur metabolism and detoxifies ur body (try not to drink with sugar but if u need to sweeten it use a pure honey). make sure to drink plenty of water too and walk or bike rather than using a vehicle.
