Chemistry, Titration, equivalence point, not sure what the answer is!!! please help!?

I'd go with the general "eyeballing" method that says that a strong base (NaOH) and a weak acid (HoAc) in equal parts will yield a basic solution, and derive that if less base is used you will yield a neutral solution.
