He sounds like a total nightmare, and i'm amazed you have put up with him for so long! You may not want to hear this but you should leave him asap! He won't change and will drive you insane with his tantrums and other childish behaviour. You deserve much better than him and i bet you don't need the stress in your life either! So make a choice, either stay with the idiot or keep your self respect and walk out of his life for good. I hope you do what's best for you, good luck!
