Will the Pats trade Niners' 1st Rd pick to Atl. for DeAngelo Hall + 3rd rd pick to replace A. Samuel?

My rationale: a) the Pats can't franchise A. Samuel because they've won 12 games and he has a clause in his contract preventing it, b) Hall is not a Petrino guy and wants out, c) Petrino needs to spend a 1st rd pick on a QB but can't let the Chiefs beat him to it AND miss out on Glenn Dorsey and thus two low 1st rd picks helps him get his guys in, d) Pats need to platoon running backs, replace linebackers, and get a good CB, e) the Pats don't have the cap space to resign Randy Moss, pay rookies even if they trade the Niners pick for a boatload of picks to someone else, and get some elite free agents.
